CHMP welcomes intern Zoe Goldberg. In addition to research assistant and media intern for Healthstyles, she will be representing CHMP at select conferences/meetings and meet-ups this summer and blogging about her impressions of all things that matter about health and media. Zoe Goldberg is an undergraduate at the University of Rochester, where she is double majoring in Public Health and Media. Last summer she interned at the East and Central Harlem District Public Health Office, shadowing the Medical Director there and also helping out at the East Harlem Asthma Center for Excellence. This summer, in addition to interning at CHMP, she will be working with Intention Media helping to work on “Mosquito,” a character-driven global health documentary about innovative approaches to controlling mosquitoes and mosquito-borne disease. She is interested in the use of social and digital media to publicize and educate about public issues.
