Dr. Junxin Li is an Associate Professor at John Hopkins University School of Nursing. She is a nurse scientist who focuses on the health and well-being of older adults and how physical activity and sleep affect cognitive function. She addresses the myth that not all elderly people sleep worse as they age and why sleep is critical to your health.
