Reducing Tobacco-Related Disparities, Morbidity, and Mortality

Jacqueline Saltarelli is the Assistant Director for New York City Treats Tobacco.  She leads a health systems approach to reduce tobacco-related disparities, morbidity, and mortality by managing partnerships with organization leaders to develop and implement tobacco-dependence treatment policies and procedures that align with evidence-based best practices. She also trains providers on tobacco dependence treatment best practices, health inequities that exist within their communities, emerging issues, and sustainable policy solutions.
