Ageism is bias against older people. You let your hair turn gray and suddenly younger people are talking to you as though you are ancient and incompetent. And it can affect health. HealthCetera Correspondent and public health nurse Barbara Glickstein, MPH, RN, FAAN, talked about this issue with Liz Seegert, a journalist who focuses on aging and is the aging content expert for the Association for Health Care Journalists.
